浮躁是指轻浮,做事无恒心,见异思迁,不安分,总想投机取巧,成天无所事事,脾气大。它是当前国民的一种病态心理表现。在学校教育的情景中,笔者认为在青年教师的专业发展中更应该关注这个问题,这对我们实施新课改教育教学至关重要。一来关乎青年教师未来的职业生涯的健康发展,包括专业知识、专业素质、专业能力及职业道德等方面;二来关乎到对施教对象的影响,是积极的还是消极的,是健康的还是病态的;三来关乎我国第八轮课改是否落实素质教育,能不能解决教育观念滞后,人才培养目标同时代发展的需要能不能完全适应的问题;能不能解决思想品德教育的针对
Flirtatious is frivolous, doing things without perseverance, flirtatious, restless, always want to opportunistic, all day doing nothing, temper big. It is a pathological manifestation of the current people. In the scenario of school education, I think this problem should be paid more attention to in the professional development of young teachers, which is very important to our implementation of the new curriculum reform and education. On the other hand, it relates to the healthy development of young teachers’ future careers, including their professional knowledge, professional qualifications, professional competence and professional ethics. Second, they are concerned whether the impact on the target of teaching is positive or negative, healthy or not Third, to whether the eighth round of curriculum reform in our country is implementing quality education, can we not solve the problem of lack of education concept and talent training objectives that can be fully adapted to the needs of contemporary development; can we not address the ideological and moral education?
