用碾压法浇筑混凝土坝,是国外近年来发展起来的一项新技术。它具有节约水泥、简化温控措施、加快施工进度等优点,是快速经济施工的一项好办法。为此,本刊本期特发表“用碾压混凝土筑坝的新技术”一文,供研究参考。为了尽快掌握这项新技术,使之早日在我国水利水电建设中发挥作用,希望有关设计、施工、科研单位和高等院校按原水电部科学技术委员会于今年一月召开的碾压混凝土试验工作协调会纪要的精神,密切配合,大力开展试验研究工作。在这项工作中,要以国外现代水平为起点,全面安排,突出重点,分阶段逐步深入,既要积极,又要稳妥可靠,使这项施工技术尽快过关,早出成果,以满足混凝土坝快速经济施工的需要。
