根据《人民检察院司法警察暂行条例》规定,人民检察院司法警察肩负九项职责。如何有效发挥司法警察的保障作用,确保检察机关办案安全,是当前警务部门需引起重视并探索解决的重要课题。本文从一名司法警察从业者的角度,分析当前司法警察在配合执法中安全隐患的来源,然后在阐明司法警察工作重要性的基础上,就如何发挥司法警察在办案安全中的保障作用提出几点建议。
