邓小平同志指出:“解放思想必须真正解决问题”。为着真正解决问题而解放思想,更新观念,又往往首先需要对相关概念的传统认识进行一次革命。由此考虑,我认为,当前为深化国有制经济的改革,要真正解决好已经看准、不改不行、但又似乎“改确也难”的产权关系问题,就很有必要对“产权”概念的认识进行一次革命。即首先要搞清楚什么叫产权,什么叫资本产权?进而再搞清楚怎样真正解决好我国社会主义国有资本的产权关系?
