上海近日爆出新闻:上海宝钢一钢公司的两位一线工人代表企业参加一项公务出国考察活动。高级电工李功乙说, “本来是请公司领导去的,但他们把机会让给了我们”。高炉作业长储滨说,公司让一线工人参加出国考察,是对职工的培养和奖励,体现了对技术发明实实在在的重视和尊重。由于一钢公司有多项发明创造获得全国大奖,所以受邀参加考察,而“储滨作业法”每年可为企业节约4万吨焦炭,李功乙拥有7项国家专利发明。
