永嘉杂剧是中国最早的较完整成熟的戏剧,起源于北宋末年到南宋绍熙年间,称“南戏”。其后,乱弹腔传入。至明末清初,高腔、昆腔、乱弹腔逐渐形成同陈并济的多声腔剧种乱弹。清乾隆年间,永嘉人麻志钏在永嘉创办老寿昌戏馆,至今已传承八代。2009年,永嘉乱弹入选第一批浙江省非物质文化遗产扩展名录。一永嘉乱弹最早源于永嘉县的应界坑“老寿昌班”。据应界坑村《麻氏宗谱》记载,麻志钏是应界坑老寿昌班班主,永嘉乱弹创始人。清乾隆年间,江西巡抚郝硕办戏
