为探讨血清骨钙素(BGP)在特发性真性性早熟疾病诊断中的价值,应用放射免疫法测定了52例6~10岁特发性真性性早熟女童(观察组)血清BGP水平,并与40名正常儿童(对照组)进行比较。结果观察组及其各年龄段血清BGP水平均高于对照组(均P<0.01),并随年龄增长而增高(t=5.24,P<0.01),与年龄呈正相关(r=0.9655,P<0.01);病程≥1年者,骨龄超前值及血清BGP水平明显高于病程<1年者。观察组血清BGP亦与骨龄呈显著正相关(r=0.9605,P<0.01)。提示血清BGP水平可作为判断性早熟女童骨代谢水平的指标,可指导性早熟治疗的疗效评定及预后估计。
To investigate the value of serum osteocalcin (BGP) in the diagnosis of idiopathic precocious puberty, serum BGP levels in 52 idiopathic girls with precancerous conditions of 6 to 10 years (observation group) were determined by radioimmunoassay Compared with 40 normal children (control group). Results The level of serum BGP in observation group and its all age groups were higher than those in control group (all P <0.01), and increased with age (t = 5.24, P <0.01) 0.01). Patients with a duration of more than 1 year, advanced skeletal age and serum BGP levels were significantly higher than those with a duration of less than 1 year. Serum BGP in the observation group also had a significant positive correlation with bone age (r = 0.9605, P <0.01). Tip serum BGP levels can be used as a marker of precocious puberty in bone metabolism level of indicators, can guide the curative effect evaluation and prognosis of precocious treatment.
