对12CrNi3MoV钢板的低温韧性和硼含量的数据做了统计分析,发现硼降低钢的低温韧性,两者之间存在线性关系,得出了低温韧性和硼含量的回归方程。为了使-20℃的V型缺口试样冲击功A_(Kv)≥50J,必须将酸溶硼含量控制在0.0020%以下,分析了硼影响韧性的原因。主要由于钢中合金元素含量高,硼提高淬透性的有利作用未能得到充分发挥,而对韧性的不利作用却被突出和加强了。
The data of 12CrNi3MoV steel with low temperature toughness and boron content were statistically analyzed. It was found that boron decreased the low temperature toughness of steel, and there was a linear relationship between the two. The regression equation of low temperature toughness and boron content was obtained. In order to make the impact energy A_ (Kv) ≥50J at -20 ℃ for V-notch specimens, the content of acid-soluble boron must be controlled to 0.0020% or less, and the reason why boron affects the toughness has been analyzed. Mainly due to the high content of alloying elements in steel, boron to improve the hardenability of the beneficial role of failing to be fully exerted, while the detrimental effect on toughness has been highlighted and strengthened.
