目的:拟制备以可溶性大豆多糖(SSP)为成型辅料的银杏颗粒,并优化其制剂成型工艺,评价SSP作为银杏颗粒辅料的适用性。方法:以SSP作为单一的成型辅料,通过干法制粒制备银杏颗粒,采用均匀设计试验,对制剂成型工艺进行优化,并与糊精所制备的银杏颗粒作比较,对其溶化性和吸湿性进行考察。结果:均匀试验筛选出的最优颗粒成型工艺为乙醇浓度60%,辅料-喷雾干燥粉比为2,该条件下所制备的银杏颗粒具有较高的成型率和流动性,临界相对湿度为75%,且对比糊精制备的银杏颗粒,其表现出更好的溶化性。结论:SSP作为银杏颗粒辅料具有良好的适用性,且为SSP作为其他颗粒辅料应用提供了一定的实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Ginkgo biloba granules with soluble soybean polysaccharide (SSP) as the molding auxiliary and to optimize its preparation process, and to evaluate the suitability of SSP as a ginkgo granules adjuvant. Methods: The SSP was used as a single molding auxiliary to prepare Ginkgo biloba granules by dry granulation. The uniform design test was used to optimize the preparation process and compare with the Ginkgo biloba granule prepared from dextrin. The solubility and hygroscopicity Inspected Results: The optimum granular forming process selected by the uniform test was ethanol concentration of 60% and the ratio of auxiliary material to spray-dried powder was 2. Under these conditions, the prepared ginkgo granules had higher forming rate and fluidity, and the critical relative humidity was 75 %, And compared with dextrin prepared ginkgo granules, which showed better solubility. Conclusion: SSP has good applicability as a ginkgo particle adjuvant, and provides some experimental evidence for the application of SSP as other granular adjuvants.
