从摩托车行业扩展到汽车产业的企业并不少见, 但力帆能成为笫二个宝马或本田吗? 12月16日晚19时20分,力帆集团董事长尹明善给力帆高管们发了一条短信:“国家发改委通过了力帆轿车的核准,不必过分高兴”.虽然说要求手下“不必过分高兴”,但尹明善自己的兴奋之情却暴露无遗.此前,为获得轿车生产许可证,力帆经过了整整三年的期待和努力.“,”Chairman Yin Mingshan of Lifan Group sent a short message to the top executives of his group in the evening of December 16,2005 to inform them that the State Commission of Development and Transformation approved their application for making cars and warn them not to be too happy.In order to obtain the license,Lifan has waited for three years and conducted numerous efforts.Lifan will hold the press conference for the event on January 19,2006,besides 30-odd domestic car distributors,about 20 overseas agents from Syria,Libyan,Vietnam.Egypt,Russia,Dominica and other countries will attend the conference.Lifan will make the press conference a global synchronized grand party like the domestic blockbuster movie Hero. It is a long premeditated matter for Lifan to enter the automo- bile industry.As early as in October,2003,Lifan bought Chongqing Special-purpose Automobile Plant and acquired 90% shares of the plant and changed its name into Lifan Car Plant to manufacture Lifan brand cars.In June,2004,Lifan became a equity participant of Dali Junma Industrial and Trading Co.and held 21% stocks of the company.The company changes its name into Lifan Junma Automobile Co.Ltd and makes trucks.So far.Lifan is allowed to make motorcycles,cars,trucks,buses,and special purpose trucks and cars.So Yin Mingshan boasts that Lifan enters a big industry and the room for growth is much huge and it is only a matter of time to become a 10 billion or 20 billion yuan company. Companies growing from motorcycles to cars are not few,such as foreign BMW,Honda and Suzuki and domestic Cherry and Geely, all these companies started their business from making motorcycles. Because of this,Lifan is very confident.At the moment,its car-making plant and truck-making plant are quite small and their contribution to the group is not big.Lifan wants to expand its automobile business and puts its car project at stake.But overproduction of cars is becoming more and more serious nowadays in China,can the later comer becomes the second BMW or Honda?
