我院于1955年12月建立,迄今已满卅周年了。卅年来,机构历经变迁,到1962年初基本稳定下来。任务以承担四川省大中型水电站的勘测设计为主,从七十年代中起,兼管西藏自治区的部分水电勘测设计。一、建院卅年来的主要成就 1.经过两次普查,全面查清了四川省的水能资源。可开发的水能资源为9167万千瓦,占全国的24.2％。若以省、区为单位,占全国第一位。在普查的基础上,五十年代先后进行了岷江上游、大渡河中下游的规划。1965年完成了龚嘴水电站开发报告;1973
