岭南文化作为影响经济发展的一个变量,它影响着企业竞争力:岭南文化的重商、务实精神有利于加强企业的营销能力,开放兼容精神有利于企业内部员工的和谐相处,开拓、冒险精神有利于制度创新,亲友”网络“是企业的核心资源;而岭南文化的过分强调变通、忽视规范不利于扩大企业的规模,缺少知识、血缘文化不利于企业现代化管理。最后,提出了增强企业竞争力的建议。
As a variable that affects economic development, Lingnan culture affects the competitiveness of enterprises: Lingnan culture’s mercantilism and pragmatism are conducive to strengthening the marketing capabilities of enterprises. The spirit of openness and compatibility is conducive to the harmonious coexistence and development of employees in the enterprise. Which is conducive to system innovation. However, Lingnan culture is excessively stressed and neglected norms are not conducive to expanding the scale of enterprises.
