现在普遍导致事业单位收支失衡的原因就是国家的补助,事业单位经济管理不恰,对财务管理制度不够重视,有些铺张浪费的情况时有发生,给国家财产造成一定的损失,究其原因在于事业单位管理和待遇上一直参考国家公务员的标准进行的,从而降低了在经济管理上的效率。本文结合黑龙江省大兴安岭地区财政局的财政国库支付业务利用从事业单位的经济管理出现的问题出发进行全面分析并研究控制这种问题的方法,提出相应的措施。

Corresponding measures are put forward.
