将技术效率引入中国旅游产业效率分析,运用DEA模型对2001~2007年中国旅游产业技术效率及其区域差异进行实证分析。结果表明:中国旅游产业技术效率大致呈“U”型变化,近年来有上升趋势,但整体水平偏低,全国均值为0.571;中国旅游产业技术效率区域差距明显。东部地区高于西部地区,而西部地区又高于中部地区;我国旅游产业技术效率变异系数大致呈倒“U”型变化,近年来区域差异有缩小的趋势。对此,要通过转变产业增长方式,整合产业链,建立和完善产业创新体系等措施来提高中国旅游产业的技术效率。
The technical efficiency is introduced into the efficiency analysis of China’s tourism industry, and the DEA model is used to analyze the technical efficiency and regional differences of China’s tourism industry from 2001 to 2007. The results show that the technical efficiency of China’s tourism industry is roughly “U” type, with an upward trend in recent years, but the overall level is low, with a national average of 0.571. The regional disparity in technical efficiency of China’s tourism industry is significant. The eastern region is higher than the western region, while the western region is higher than the central region. The coefficient of variation of technical efficiency of tourism industry in our country is roughly “U” type. In recent years, the regional differences have been reduced. In this regard, we should improve the technical efficiency of China’s tourism industry through such measures as transforming the mode of industrial growth, integrating the industrial chain, and establishing and improving the industrial innovation system.
