近年来,我国对外直接投资额大幅提升,企业纷纷走向海外寻找投资机会。本文解读了南阳国宇密封发展有限公司2014年收购德国威尔伯特集团的案例,对南阳国宇通过收购获得的发展前景进行了分析,并对此案例给中国企业带来的启示进行了研究,以期为更多中国企业“走出去”开展对外直接投资带来有益的经验借鉴。
In recent years, the amount of China’s foreign direct investment has risen sharply, and enterprises have been looking overseas for investment opportunities. This article interprets the case of Nanyang Guoyu Seal Development Co., Ltd. acquiring German Wilbert Group in 2014, analyzes the development prospects obtained by Nanyang Guoyu through the acquisition, and studies the enlightenment brought by this case to Chinese enterprises , With a view to bring more useful experience to foreign direct investment for more Chinese enterprises to “go global”.
