建设“一强三优”现代公司,必须转变公司和电网发展方式,关键是创新体制机制,建设“三集五大”体系。2011年,在江苏省电力公司的统一部署下,徐州供电公司与其他单位一起,顺利完成了“五大”体系建设试点任务。在“五大”体系建设中,徐州供电公司坚持有力执行上级方案,精细化操作实施,有效推进“五大”体系建设深入实施,并持续完善。
