给50例正常人(多数为平素体质较弱、白细胞计数在正常值范围下界内)服用银川市芦花台产宁夏枸杞水浸果50g/日,连服10天,前一天(或第一天)及第11天先后进行白细胞计数和淋巴细胞转化率检测,结果白细胞计数服枸杞后(?)±SD为7,143±2,938,较服前之6,446±2,811有所增高,具有非常显著差异(P<0.01);淋巴细胞转化率服枸杞后(?)±SD为71.44±5.2％,也较服前之62.50±6.69％有所增高,同样具有非常显著差异(P<0.01),表明宁夏枸杞有免疫促进作用,为枸杞应用于某些临床病人提供了依据。 (本品亦已在因放疗或恶性肿瘤本身的免疫功能低下、白细胞数量减低的10余例恶性肿瘤患者中试服,并与不服药对照组对比,已初步见有一些苗头,现正继续积累病例观察中。)
