检测小儿营养性缺铁性贫血146例,其红细胞MCV79.03±7.09fl,RDW-cv0.174±0.013,MCV下降,RDW变宽,且与对照组之间有非常显著性差异(t值分别为35.71和4.91,p均<0.001).而非缺铁性贫血118例,就不具有这一变化.缺铁性贫血MCV和RDW变化与小儿年龄之间没有明显差异(t值分别为0.84及0.32,p均>0.05).这一变化特征,在鉴别缺铁与非缺铁性贫血有实用参考价值
The detection of 146 cases of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children, the erythrocyte MCV79.03 ± 7.09fl, RDW-cv0.174 ± 0.013, MCV decreased, RDW broadened, and there was a significant difference between the control group ( t values were 35.71 and 4.91, respectively, p <0.001). 118 cases of iron deficiency anemia, do not have this change. There was no significant difference in the changes of MCV and RDW between iron-deficiency anemia and pediatric age (t = 0.84 and 0.32, respectively, p> 0.05). This change in the identification of iron deficiency and non-iron deficiency anemia have practical reference value
