我们采用外周血淋巴细胞微核检测,对12例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤化疗患者进行动态监测,观察微核率变化与化疗方案、化疗反应及疗效的关系。结果:化疗反应中,重度者及5-FU+KSM方案化疗者,化疗后微核率均有增加,以化疗第7天最为明显(P均<0.05)。表明外周血淋巴细胞微核率变化与化疗后体细胞损伤以及抗癌药物作用机理可能有关,值得进一步探讨。
We used peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus test to dynamically monitor 12 patients with malignant trophoblastic tumor chemotherapy and observed the relationship between changes in micronucleus rate and chemotherapy regimens, chemotherapy response and curative effect. RESULTS: In the chemotherapy response, severe cases and chemotherapy with 5-FU + KSM regimen, the frequency of micronucleus after chemotherapy increased, and it was most obvious on the 7th day of chemotherapy (P < 0.05). It suggests that the change of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus rate may be related to somatic cell injury after chemotherapy and the mechanism of anticancer drugs. It is worth further investigation.
