警务工作标准化是我国建设服务型政府的重要内容之一。服务型政府的建设、社会法治意识的增强和科技的进步与深度应用是警务工作标准化的动力支撑。促进法治进程、提升民众福祉和提高警队素质与管理水平是其价值所在。蒙昧阶段、技术性阶段和全面推进阶段是其三个发展历程,体系的完善、内容的落实和氛围的浓厚是其下步发展重点。
Standardization of police work is one of the important contents of building a service-oriented government in our country. The building of a service-oriented government, the strengthening of the awareness of the rule of law in society and the advancement and deep application of science and technology are the motive supports for the standardization of police work. It is the value of promoting the rule of law process, improving people’s well-being and enhancing the quality and management of the police force. Obstruct phase, technical phase and comprehensive promotion phase is its three development process, the improvement of the system, the implementation of the content and the atmosphere is the focus of its next step.
