Rixon等已指出甲状旁腺提取物明显地提高全身受X线照射的大鼠活存率。他们认为甲状旁腺提取物的辐射防护作用主要是由于甲状旁腺素动员钙的作用。因为在哺乳动物组织中钙浓度的增高能降低其辐射敏感性。本研究是关于去蛋白因而和钙无关的甲状旁腺提取物(PF-PTE)对600伦、850伦、1000伦X线照射剂量的防护作用。PF-PTE的制备过去已叙述过。冰冻干燥的PF-PTE溶解在生理盐水中,给体重120~150克的CFE雄性大鼠每次灌胃2毫升。用Super Liliput 200型的X线机全身照射,180千伏,4毫安,0.5毫米铜过滤板,靶距离50厘米,剂量率为7.8伦/分钟。不同组的动物(每组40只)分别照射600伦,850伦、1000伦。
Rixon et al. have pointed out that parathyroid extracts significantly increase the rate of systemic x-ray exposure in rats. They believe that the radiation protection of parathyroid extracts is mainly due to the action of parathyroid mobilization of calcium. Increased calcium concentration in mammalian tissue can reduce its radiosensitivity. This study was designed to investigate the protective effect of deproteinized and thus calcium-independent parathyroid extract (PF-PTE) on 600, 850, and 1000 nm X-ray doses. The preparation of PF-PTE has been described in the past. The freeze-dried PF-PTE was dissolved in physiological saline and administered to male CFE rats weighing 120-150 g at 2 ml per gavage. Whole body irradiation with a Super Liliput 200 X-ray machine, 180 kV, 4 mA, 0.5 mm copper filter plate, target distance 50 cm, dose rate 7.8 l/min. The animals of different groups (40 in each group) were irradiated with 600 lun, 850 lux, and 1000 lux.
