1 Introduction The project of “Study on Environmental Meteorological Parameters of Highway Route Selection in Desert Regions” is one of the “Complete Sets of Highway Construction Technology in Desert Areas” funded by Traffic Science Research Institute of Xinjiang Communications Department.
