采用SD大鼠制成不完全性脑缺血及再灌流模型,观察24小时内血栓素A_2(TXA_2)、前列环素(PGI_2)代谢的动态变化及红花黄色素对其影响。结果显示TXA_2-PGI_2平衡紊乱在不完全性脑缺血及再灌流后2小时内最明显,以后逐渐代偿,至24小时仍未恢复正常。红花黄色素对不完全性脑缺血时PGI,影响不大,但明显抑制TXA_2的增高,从而改善TXA_2-PGI_2平衡紊乱。对缺血后再灌流,红花黄色素不仅抑制了TXA_2的增高,而且有使PGI_2增高的作用,从而使TXA_2-PGI_2平衡在再灌流后6小时就接近正常水平。
The model of incomplete cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in SD rats was used to observe the dynamic changes of TXA_2 and PGI_2 metabolism and the effect of safflor yellow on the metabolism of thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) and prostacyclin (PGI 2) within 24 hours. The results showed that the imbalance of TXA_2-PGI_2 was most obvious within 2 hours after incomplete cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and gradually compensated until after 24 hours. Safflor yellow had little effect on PGI in incomplete cerebral ischemia, but it significantly inhibited the increase of TXA 2 and improved the balance of TXA 2 -PGI 2 . For ischemic reperfusate, safflower not only inhibited the increase of TXA 2 but also increased the PGI 2 , so that the balance of TXA 2 -PGI 2 was close to normal 6 hours after reperfusion.
