(一) 全国解放以来,由于受到党和政府的重視,我国的药物化学研究工作获得了全面的迅速的发展。无论是化学合成药物或天然药物,在理論研究方面所进行的一些有价值的工作,已为今后的長期研究和对中药的进一步深入研究打下了良好的基础。在直接以服务生产为目的的合成化学研究方面,所获得的研究成果更有力地推动了我国制药工業建設,取得了很大的成就。近年来,药用植物資源方面的化学研究工作也有了开展。在药物分析方面所作的許多研究工作,促进了药品检验工作技术水平的提高,並为新版中国药典提供了不少科学依据。本文由于牽涉到的范圍较广,在下面只能把各方面比較突出的例子举出来加以說明。
(1) Since the liberation of the country, due to the attention of the party and the government, the research on pharmaceutical chemistry in China has achieved a comprehensive and rapid development. Whether chemical synthesis or natural medicine, some valuable work in theoretical research has laid a good foundation for future long-term research and further in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine. In the area of synthetic chemistry research aimed directly at service production, the research results obtained have strongly promoted the construction of China’s pharmaceutical industry and have achieved great success. In recent years, chemical research work on medicinal plant resources has also been carried out. Many research work in drug analysis has promoted the improvement of the technical level of drug testing and provided a lot of scientific evidence for the new Chinese pharmacopoeia. This article covers a wide range of areas. In the following, we can only give examples of outstanding examples in all aspects.
