终身学习作为一种具象化的新学习形式,代表了后现代社会的教育任务和发展要求。从社会文化、教育、知识、就业、思潮等宏观因素进行分析,可以确立终身学习的意义和地位;从个体“传记学习”的微观角度,可以实现对新时代终身学习概念的纵深理解。传记研究所关注的是人的生命历程如何通过个人主体和社会条件之间的相互作用而获得长久的发展,其中终身学习对个人和社会的关联性起到承接作用,传记研究与终身学习相互依存,相辅相成。因此,通过传记的观点对终身学习产生理论性和实践性的认识就显得更为有效且具体。
Lifelong learning, as a kind of concrete new learning form, represents the educational tasks and development requirements of post-modern society. From the perspectives of social, culture, education, knowledge, employment, ideological trends and other macroeconomic factors, we can establish the meaning and status of lifelong learning. From the perspective of individual “biographical learning ”, we can achieve a deep understanding of the concept of lifelong learning in the new era. Biographers focus on how human life experiences long-term development through the interaction between individual subjects and social conditions, in which lifelong learning plays a role in the connection between individuals and society, and biographical research and lifelong learning are interdependent , Complement each other. Therefore, the theoretical and practical understanding of lifelong learning through biographical point of view becomes more effective and concrete.
