我公司(中华企业股份有限公司),是由上海解放后第一家从事房地产开发经营业务的国营企业——中华企业公司改制而来的,是采取社会募集方式设立而成的上市股份制公司,1993年9月15日召开公司首届股东大会,同年9月24日,公司股票挂牌上市。公司改制以来,进一步确立了开发建设重点放在浦东新区和城市旧区改造上。此外,广泛开展“立足主业,多种经营”,逐步扩大企业的自有产业,不断提高公司的经营投资效益。 建立社会主义市场经济体制的中心环节,就是要转换国有企业特别是大中型企业的经营机制,把企业推向市场,使之真正成为市场经济的主体。作为企业基础管理之一的档案工作,在企业走向市场过程中面临着怎样使企业更好地适应市场,为企业服务的重要课题。
My company (Zhonghua Enterprise Co., Ltd.) was restructured from the China State Enterprise, the first state-owned enterprise engaged in real estate development and business operations after the liberation of Shanghai. It is a listed joint-stock company established by way of social fundraising. 1993 The first shareholders’ general meeting of the company was held on September 15th, and the company’s shares were listed on September 24 of the same year. Since the restructuring of the company, it has further established the development and construction of the Pudong New Area and the reconstruction of the old urban areas. In addition, the company has extensively carried out “based on its main business and diversified operations”, gradually expanded its own industries, and continuously improved the company’s operating investment efficiency. The central link in establishing a socialist market economic system is to transform the operating mechanisms of state-owned enterprises, especially large and medium-sized ones, and bring them into the market so that they can become the main body of the market economy. As one of the basic management of the enterprise, the archival work faces the important task of how to make the enterprise better adapt to the market and serve the enterprise in the process of the enterprise going to the market.
