本文对距安钢焦化分厂北侧500米及东北侧1500米的两个自然村(铅污染区)在校7~14岁学龄儿童153名和60名非污染区学龄儿童的发铅含量进行了测定,结果表明污染区学龄儿童发铅中位数为2.85μg/g,95%上限值为10.09μg/g,95%可信限范围在2.32~3.32μg/g,明显高于非污染区发铅含量(P<0.05),提示污染区儿童体内有过量铅吸收。不同性别的不同年龄组发铅含量也不同,男性学龄儿童以低年龄较高,而女性则以高年龄组较高。
In this paper, the lead content of 733 school-age children aged 7 to 14 and 60 school-age children in non-polluted areas were measured in two natural villages (lead-pollution areas) 500 meters north of Angang Coking Plant and 1500 meters northeast. The results showed that the median lead in school-age children in contaminated areas was 2.85 μg/g, the upper limit of 95% was 10.09 μg/g, and the 95% confidence limit ranged from 2.32 to 3.32 μg/g. The content of lead in non-polluted areas (P<0.05) indicated excessive lead absorption in children in the contaminated areas. The lead content in different age groups of different genders is also different. Male school-age children have a lower age, while women have a higher age group.
