当前高职院校的思政课教学面临困境,其教学理念和模式尚未形成明显的高职特色。基于人才培养目标、办学理念和学生的特殊性,在进行教学改革时,高职院校思政课需要实现教师的两个转变;摆脱教材系统性特征束缚,突出教学重点,实现教材体系向教学体系的合理转换;组建有机教学团队,探索富有成效的教学方式。
The current ideological and political education in vocational colleges faces difficulties, and its teaching philosophy and mode have not yet formed obvious features of higher vocational education. Based on the goal of personnel training, the concept of running a school and the particularity of students, in the process of teaching reform, the ideological and political course of higher vocational colleges needs to realize two changes of teachers; to get rid of the shackles of the systematic features of teaching materials, to emphasize the teaching focus and to realize the teaching material system to teaching System of rational conversion; set up organic teaching team, to explore effective teaching methods.
