统计“211”高校以及广东省高校文库(含机构知识库)的建设情况,分析特色个案,认为本校原创智力产品的收集和开发利用尚未成为高校图书馆普遍、常规的工作。提出要建立既有国际通用功能又有中国文化传承特色的机构知识库群落(或者联盟平台),而现有的数字文库可以成为机构知识库建设的资源基础。基于免费、共享理念的机构知识库有利于打破国内学术资源被部分数据商垄断的困境,值得从国家到高校自上而下的高度重视和行政推动。
Statistics “211 ” universities and colleges and universities in Guangdong Province (including institutional knowledge base) construction, analysis of characteristic cases, that the school’s original intellectual product collection and development and utilization has not yet become a common, university library work. It proposes to establish an institutional knowledge base (or affiliate platform) that has both international common functions and Chinese cultural heritage. However, the existing digital libraries can serve as the resource foundation for the construction of an institutional knowledge base. Institutional knowledge bases based on free and shared ideas are conducive to breaking the dilemma of domestic academic resources being monopolized by some data providers and deserve top-down attention and administrative promotion from the state to universities.
