我国实行改革开放政策以来,在设备管理与维修领域陆续从国外引进了发达国家的各种经验。在总结我国实践经验的基础上,学习与借鉴发达国家的先进经验,对于推动我国设备管理与维修体制的改革以及设备管理现代化起了重要作用。我们对于发达国家设备管理与维修的先进经验,在广泛性方面还要拓宽视野;对于已经掌握的情况与资料,还要进一步深化研究,以便更好地贯彻“以我为主、博采众长、融合提炼、为我所用”的方针。与此同时,我感到我们在学习研究的基础上,介绍与宣传发达国家设备管理与维修先进经验方面,还存在不平衡现象。比较起来,我们
