在喀拉通克铜镍矿要分析的物料有原料铜镍特富矿石、鼓风炉熔炼所得的低冰镍、鼓风炉渣、转炉吹炼所产出的高冰镍、转炉渣.高冰镍是喀矿的最终产品,要准确分析.其它物料为控制分析,要求快速、及时地提供分析结果,以指导生产和进行配料.其中铜、镍、铁三元素都是要求及时地提供分析结果的.在控制分析的物料中,鼓风炉渣为终渣,铜、镍含量很低,约为0.1%,而铁的含量很高,约为50%;转炉渣需返回鼓风炉利用,铜、镍含量在0.X%~X.X%不等,铁含量在30%左右;低冰镍铜、镍在5%左右,铁在50%左右;原料特富矿铜、镍在4%左右,铁在50%左右.要想分析速度快,需选择合适的方法使其对含量变化较大的各种样品都能适用.为此我们制定了如下的分析方法,满足了生产的需要.称取一份试样分解后直接用原子吸收法测定铜和镍,对于含量低的鼓风炉渣及部分转炉渣,采用最灵敏线测定,对其它含量较高的样品采用次灵敏线测定.铁采用分取部分溶液用磺基水扬酸酸性光度法测定.鼓风炉渣铁含量高,而铜、镍含量低,需确定合适的试样量和分解后的试液总体积及测定铁的分取体积,照顾到铜、镍的测定和铁的测定.
