本文针对不锈钢材料具有的韧性高、导热性差、高温硬度高、切削粘附性强和易于加工硬化等特点,提出在切削刀具和切削参数上寻求最优控制,例如选用合适的刀具材料及几何形状、选择合理的切削用量等等以改善这类钢的切削加工性能,从而在保证加工表面质量的基础上提高生产效率以及降低刀具材料与电力的消耗。与此同时,还对含硫易切不锈钢切削机理进行了探讨,并从切削力、切削热、刀具磨损和耐用度等几个方面对奥氏体不锈钢和易切不锈钢作了对比试验,试验结果充分证明了易切不锈钢的经济效果明显优于普通不锈钢,为今后在生产实践中扩大使用提供一定的依据。
