肿瘤坏死因子-Α(TNF-Α)对日本血吸虫雌虫产卵量影响的研究

目的:研究RTNF-Α对日本血吸虫雌虫产卵量的影响.方法:体外试验采用含不同浓度的RTNF-Α的DMEM培养基将收集的50天日龄日本血吸虫雌虫培养72H,观察其产卵情况.体内试验取感染血吸虫的小鼠经尾静脉反复注入多克隆抗RTNF-Α抗血清后,计算其肝脏减卵率.结果:离体的日本血吸虫雌性成虫在含RTNF-Α的培养液中培养72H后,产卵量明显高于不含RTNF-A的对照组.在RTNF-A为10NG~40NG/ML范围内,雌虫产卵量与RTNF-A呈剂量依赖性.体内试验小鼠肝脏减卵率达28.4%.结论:RTNF-A在一定剂量范围内具有促进日本血吸虫雌虫产卵的作用.“,”AIM TO study the effect of rTNF-Q on the fecundity of the female worms of Schistosoma japonicum. METH0D In vitro, 5O-day-old females collected from experimentally infected rabbits were incubated in DMEM medium with varied concentration of rTNF-a for 72h,the medium were collected by centrifugation and the number of eggs was counted. In vivo,the tail veins of mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum were injected repeatly with polyclonal anti - rTNF- α antiserum. C0NCLUSION TNF-a p0ssesses an accelerative effect on output of eggs by Schistosoma japonicum females.
