反对“高薪养廉”论。理由是:(1)贪婪者欲壑难填,高薪无法满足其血盆大口。(2)中国干部工资“含金量”高,隐性收入不少。(3)历史上一些封建王朝曾实行丰厚的薪俸,但也不能遏止腐败的蔓延。(4)一些西方资本主义国家也实行高薪,但腐败仍十分猖獗。(5)一些国家如新加坡实行高薪,养廉效果不错,是因其国家小,人口少,法制严等特殊条件作支撑。(6)高薪不符合中国国情,我国目前经济还
Oppose “High salary Lian Lian ” theory. The reasons are: (1) greedy people want to fill hard, high salary can not meet its bloody mouth. (2) Chinese cadres’ wages “gold content ” high, a lot of hidden income. (3) Some feudal dynasties historically had rich salaries, but they did not stop the spread of corruption. (4) Some Western capitalist countries also implement high salaries, but corruption is still rampant. (5) Some countries, such as Singapore, which implement high salaries and raise the bargain, have achieved good results because of their special conditions such as small country size, small population and strict legal system. (6) High salary does not meet China’s national conditions and China’s current economy is still low
