随着医药工业的发展,对药品合成中的中间体和副产物的控制,已经成为世界各国控制药品质量的一项重要检查项目。丙氧苯咪唑是上海医工院合成的新兽药。该院对丙氧苯咪唑杂质的控制采用了薄层层析法。其实验条件为:硅胶 GF_(254+366)薄层板,展开剂氯仿—正丁醇2:1,层析图谱用254nm 紫外灯检视。根据以上条件进行复核实验发现:主斑点和杂质斑点都靠近前沿,尤其杂质斑点更接近前沿,并混有溶剂线干扰;且主斑点本身分上下两层,上层显蓝色荧光,下层显深
With the development of the pharmaceutical industry, the control of intermediates and by-products in pharmaceutical synthesis has become an important check item for controlling the quality of medicines all over the world. Propoxyphenyl imidazole is a new veterinary drug synthesized by Shanghai Medical College. The hospital for propoxyphenyl imidazole impurity control using thin-layer chromatography. The experimental conditions were: silica gel GF_ (254 +366) TLC, developing solvent chloroform - butanol 2: 1, chromatography with 254nm UV lamp view. According to the above conditions, it is found that the main spots and impurity spots are close to the front, especially the impurity spots are closer to the front and are mixed with solvent lines. The main spot itself has two layers of upper and lower layers, the upper layer shows blue fluorescence,
