检察机关作为我国宪法规定的法律监督机关,担负着国家法律统一正确实施,维护司法公正的使命。检察司法活动屈从于司法之外的权力,检察机关的公信力和法律的尊严也都受到了极大的伤害。本文指出提升检察公信力,应当紧密结合我国正在推进依法治国的法治进程,从强化法律监督,推进司法公正的角度出发,以维护法律的尊严为核心优化检察权的改革。
As the legal supervision organ stipulated in our Constitution, procuratorial organs shoulder the mission of unifying and correctly implementing state laws and safeguarding judicial impartiality. Prosecutorial and judicial activities have succumbed to powers other than justice, and the credibility of procuratorial organs and the dignity of the law have also been greatly harmed. This paper points out that to enhance the procuratorial credibility, the reform of procuratorial power should be optimized with the core of maintaining the dignity of the law from the perspective of strengthening legal supervision and promoting judicial fairness, in close connection with the process of rule by law that our country is advancing the rule of law.
