为解决鹤煤五矿深部软岩巷道的支护难题,以该矿三水平延深车场工程为例,采用现场地质调查、室内试验、数值模拟、理论分析和现场监测等方法,分析了巷道工程地质条件和围岩特性,评价了深部工程难度.根据软岩工程力学理论确定了巷道围岩类型为HJS(高应力-节理化-膨胀性)复合型软岩,具有ⅠABⅡABDⅢAE复合型变形力学机制,分析了控制对策并进行了数值模拟研究,提出了具体的耦合支护形式、支护参数及合理的施工过程.现场施工效果和矿压监测结果表明:锚喷网索+底角注浆锚杆+柔层单桁架耦合支护形式可有效控制鹤煤五矿深部软岩巷道的大变形,确保巷道的长期稳定和安全使用.
In order to solve the problem of deep soft rock roadway support in Hebi Coal Mine, taking the three-level deep yard of the mine as an example, the methods of on-site geological survey, laboratory test, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and on-site monitoring were used to analyze the roadway engineering Geological conditions and surrounding rock characteristics, the difficulty of deep engineering is evaluated.According to the soft rock engineering mechanics theory, the rock mass type with surrounding rock of HJS (high stress-joint-swelling-expansibility) complex soft rock is determined, with IABⅡABDⅢAE composite deformation mechanics mechanism, The control strategies are analyzed and the numerical simulation is carried out, and the specific forms of coupling support, supporting parameters and reasonable construction process are put forward.The on-site construction results and the monitoring results of rock pressure show that: + Soft single truss coupling support form can effectively control the large deformation of deep soft rock roadway in Heme Coal Mine to ensure long-term stability and safe use of roadway.
