目的探讨进展期胃癌合并恶性腹水术前双路化疗的效果。方法对42例进展期胃癌合并恶性腹水患者采用术前双路化疗,5-FU、MMC方案同时应用绿慕安腹腔注射,绿慕安5ml/50kg、5-FU400mg/m2、MMC6mg/m2,同时静脉予LV5FU2OXA化疗。结果显效(CR)24例,部分有效(PR)10例,无变化(NC)8例。获得CR+PR的34例,行姑息手术治疗22例,切除率为52.4%(22/42)。结论术前应用双路化疗,为高度进展期胃癌的综合治疗开辟了一条新途径。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer with malignant ascites. Methods Forty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer complicated with malignant ascites were treated with preoperative chemotherapy, 5-FU and MMC, and 5 mg / m 2 and 5 mg / m Intravenous to LV5FU2OXA chemotherapy. The results were significant (CR) in 24 cases, partially effective (PR) in 10 cases, no change (NC) in 8 cases. Of the 34 patients who received CR + PR, 22 patients underwent palliative surgery.
