当代杰出的土家族作家李传锋早年因创作动物小说而蜚声文坛,2014年他推出了具有转型意义的乡土题材长篇小说《白虎寨》,再度引发学界的关注和好评,被赞为一幅“变革中的土家山寨百景图”~([1])、一首“土家山寨的新农村建设之歌”~([2]),被视为“中国农村建设的一个缩影”~([3]),被誉为“一部民族语境下的乡村诗史”~([4])。在笔者看来,上述评论都是有的放矢的中肯之言,《白虎寨》的确是一部有价值有意义的乡土佳作。其价值意义在
