我们从1990年开始进行水稻与高粱远缘杂交育种的研究,经历8个世代的培育,从中选育出了超丰早1号等水稻新品系。为探讨杂种与其亲本在细胞学上的差异,进行了染色体分带制片观察。结果发现:杂种染包体数目与母本水稻(中87—156)相同,其他几项核型指标也基本一致。同时,原父、母本各只有一对随体与核仁相连,而杂种赵丰早1号及另两品系均有2对随体,分别位于第8对和第10对染色体上,与核仁相连。根据随体显性遗传优势特点,我们认为水稻与高粱远缘杂交后代的2对随体是高粱的一时随体进入了水稻核内,因而引起了杂种细胞遗传基础的变异。
Since 1990, we have studied the distant hybridization between rice and sorghum. After eight generations of breeding, we have developed new rice lines such as “Chao Feng Za 1”. In order to investigate the differences in the cytology of hybrids and their parents, chromosome banding was performed. The results showed that the number of hybrids was the same as that of the maternal rice (Zhong 87-156), and the other karyotypes were basically the same. At the same time, there was only one pair of satellites and nucleotides associated with the original parent and the female parent, while hybrid Zhao Fengzao 1 and the other two had 2 pairs of satellites, located on chromosomes 8 and 10 respectively, Ren connected. According to the dominant heterosis, we consider that two pairs of satellites of sorghum distant hybridization progeny entered the rice nucleus with sorghum, which caused the genetic variation of hybrid cytoplasm.
