干部监督思想是邓小平理论的重要内容。本文考证分析了邓小平干部监督思想的六个方面:强化对权力的监督和制约;明确党内监督的重点是领导机关和领导干部;充分发扬党内民主,对发挥监督作用有决定的意义;加强和完善干部监督体系;思想建设与制度建设相结合,规范领导干部行为;为加强干部监督,必须严肃党的纪律。
The thought of cadre supervision is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory.
