最近报告一种以淋巴细胞浸润浅表及隐窝上皮为特征的胃炎,内镜下有胃粘膜皱壁增厚,结节状及阿弗他性溃疡,称淋巴细胞性胃炎。作者发现在乳糜泻患者中,内镜下活检有淋巴细胞性胃炎。为阐明二者间关系,作者对22例乳糜泻或乳糜泻样病变患者作了研究。病人和方法对1983～1988年间小肠活检有乳糜泻或乳糜泻样病变患者,均同时作胃粘膜活检。小肠活检取自十二指肠远端或空肠近端;胃活检取自胃窦15例,体部5例,二者均有2例。对有或无淋巴细胞
Recently reported a lymphocytic infiltration of superficial and crypt epithelial gastritis characterized by endoscopic gastric mucosal fold wall thickening, nodular and aphthous ulcer, said lymphocytic gastritis. The authors found that in patients with celiac disease, endoscopic biopsy has lymphocytic gastritis. To clarify the relationship between the two, the authors studied 22 patients with celiac disease or celiac disease. Patients and Methods Patients with celiac disease or celiac disease in the small intestine biopsy from 1983 to 1988 were also treated with gastric biopsy. Small intestine biopsy taken from the distal duodenum or jejunum proximal; gastric biopsy taken from the antrum of 15 cases, 5 cases of body, both in 2 cases. With or without lymphocytes
