Before the end of World War II, Time magazine publisher Ruth predicted the advent of the American century. The complex of the “American century” was followed by the young Americans of that era. Although the Americans after the victory of World War II are full of pride in world domination, Americans can not trace their roots as the European ancestors did. It is clear that there is no Britain in the United States and that the rise and fall of France can be turned back for hundreds of years. Emerson said: “The United States no history, only biography ” is still the pain of the hearts of Americans. People eagerly looking for clues to show the culture of this country, any detail showing the advantages of the United States will be inexplicable. Alfred D. Chandler and his history of corporate research thus became a remedy. In the past, no one has ever paid attention to the history of the enterprise. The rapid changes in the history of enterprises leave only the impression of lack of memory. The ups and downs of enterprises only continue to disappear.
