随着城市中心密集程度的增加,超大直径土压平衡盾构将成为城市中心公路隧道施工的优先选择。针对这种盾构的施工技术研究刻不容缓,开挖面稳定控制研究就是其中重要的一项。为了合理设置土舱控制压力,将土舱上部区域和底部区域设置控制压力分别进行计算。经过对比分析得到,在上部区域设置控制压力有利于开挖面稳定性控制,并在中国两个工程中得到了成功运用。
With the increasing density of urban centers, the large diameter EPB will become the preferred choice for construction of highway tunnels in urban centers. Research on this shield construction technology is urgent, and the study on the stability control of the excavation surface is one of the important items. In order to set the control pressure of the soil tank reasonably, the control pressure is set separately in the upper and lower part of the soil tank. After comparative analysis, it is found that setting control pressure in the upper region is favorable for the control of the stability of the excavation face and has been successfully applied in two projects in China.
