在β分子筛催化剂上研究萘和甲醇的烷基化反应 ,考察醇萘摩尔比、温度、压力及金属杂原子改性Hβ催化剂对萘转化率和 2 ,6-二甲基萘 (DMN)选择性的影响。结果表明 ,甲醇在反应中不仅作为反应物 ,而且具有很好的溶剂作用 ,且甲醇加入量存在最佳值 ;其它条件不变时 ,随温度和压力的升高 ,萘转化率增加 ,2 ,6-DMN选择性先增加后减小 ;随反应时间的延长 ,萘转化率先增加后降低 ,2 ,6-DMN选择性变化不大 ;用Zn改性的 β分子筛催化剂能较好的合成 2 ,6-DMN ,其活性较高 ,选择性的变化趋势与其它杂原子改性的催化剂不同 ,随温度升高目的产物的选择性先迅速提高 ,而后趋于平缓
The alkylation of naphthalene with methanol over zeolite beta catalyst was studied. The effects of molar ratio of benzene to naphthalene, temperature and pressure on the conversion of naphthalene and selectivity to 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene (DMN) were investigated. Impact.
