铝粉广泛用于国防、炼钢、化工、建筑等方面。就用户对铝扮的要求而论,可分为两大类:用作燃料和还原剂的,对这类的要求,除粒度之外,还要求活性高,松装比重大,流动性好等。而化工和建工部门用的铝粉,则要求成片状、重量比表面积大,铝粉的活性、松装比重和流动性都与颗粒形状密切相关。在同样气氛条件下生产的铝粉,它的上述三种性能,以球形者为最好。本文介绍一种生产球形铝粉的装置。
