校长的发展是学校发展的关键因素之一。举办校长研修班,虚实结合,内外兼修,提升校长的思想境界、决策水平和调控能力等多方面素养,是发展学校的现实途径。与其它培训班相比,校长研修班更有其特点,必须切合需求,拓展丰富内涵;贴近实际,融会多样方法;着意行动,生成灵动策略。这是校长研修取得成效的重要举措。
The development of the principal is one of the key factors in the development of the school. It is a realistic way to develop schools by holding principals training seminars, combining actual and actual situation, and internally and externally, improving principals’ ideological realm, decision-making skills and regulatory capabilities. Compared with other training courses, the principal training courses have their own characteristics. They must meet the needs and expand the rich connotations.
