On February 15, Bo Xilai resigned as governor of Liaoning Province and transferred to work in Beijing. This interview was the last time he accepted an exclusive interview with the magistrate in his term of office and also a more comprehensive ponder and remarks on revitalizing northeast China and revitalizing Liaoning.
