多元智力理论是心理学家加德纳提出来的。其主要内容就是说人的智力形成是多种多样的,包括不同形式的智力。这种观点推翻了传统的对智力的狭隘看法。多元智力理论运用在教学中,也就是强调教育教学的全面性,对人才培养的全面性,对学生评价的全面性。教师应正视学生智能之间的个性差异,注意鉴别并发展学生的优势智能,以发展学生的多元智能的教学目的,教学方法注重多元化和个性化,树立多元智能评价观。
Multiple intelligence theory is proposed by psychologist Gardner. Its main content is that people’s intelligence is diverse, including different forms of intelligence. This view overthrows the traditional narrow view of intelligence. Multiple intelligence theory used in teaching, that is, emphasizing the comprehensiveness of education and teaching, the comprehensiveness of personnel training, the comprehensive evaluation of students. Teachers should face up to individual differences between students’ intelligence, and pay attention to differentiate and develop students’ superior intelligence so as to develop students’ multiple intelligences. The teaching methods focus on diversity and individuality, and establish multiple intelligences.
