近代以来,面对内忧外患,中国人民饱经沧桑,历尽磨难,一直都为实现民族振兴、国家富强、社会进步而不懈奋斗.然而,只有到1949年10月1日中华人民共和国宣告诞生,中华民族才真正开始了社会主义现代化建设的强国之路.50年来,尽管遭受了种种挫折,全国人民在中国共产党的领导下,艰苦奋斗,顽强拼博,孜孜探求,终于开辟了一条实现民族腾飞振兴,建设富强、民主、文明国家的社会主义现代化道路.50年的历程艰辛曲折,50年的社会变迁巨大,50年的发展经验宝贵,启示良多.
